How to enter a zoom event

What are zoom events?

Zoom Events allows for a versatile platform supporting a variety of engaging and interactive virtual experiences for attendees organized together as a “hub.” Event hosts gain the ability to create multi-session events such as conferences and virtual festivals where attendees can network and mingle with one another in a virtual lobby!

Entering virtually on zoom events!

Step 1

On the CCFEST zoom event site, register for free by clicking the blue register button.

Step 2

After signing up with your desired email, agree to the participant ‘Terms of Use (TOS)’ and click confirm! Check your registered email inbox for more information.

Step 3

You have now completed registration! Join the event by clicking “Join Lobby,” or click “Back to Event” to return to the main page with the schedule.

Step 4

Inside the lobby, navigate to the workshop session you want to attend. Many workshops will take place concurrently so feel free to drop in and out to explore! Drop your questions into the right chat box.
